Can you help get Benjamin to The Fringe?

Tysoean Benjamin Keyser started 2026 with a dream - he wanted to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe!

He needs to fund himself (no Hollywood sponsorship deal, yet...) so why not help him fundraise and come by your hall for an evening of LIVE THEATRE that's sure to make your sides split.

Broadly Speaking Productions proudly presents A TRIPLE BILL of one-act plays.

Three unique and diverse comedies from theatre of the absurd to heartfelt connections.

All plays are written and directed by Tysoe-based Benjamin Keyser. Starring Christine Cherry, Dave Candy and Charlotte Ledger.

17th May 2026. Doors open at 6:30pm, shows start at 7pm and will finish around 9:15pm. There will be two intervals, so plenty of time to get drinks and ice cream!

WARNING : Shows contain adult humour.

Pigeon Syndrome (35 minutes)

When a husband accidentally steps on a bee that his wife has been trying to save, it seems that their marriage really has hit rock bottom. But when he inadvertently gets back into her good books by saving an injured pigeon that has flown into the window, he finally believes he has found a way to restore their former passion for each other.

A completely unpretentious play, very well written and in the end thought-provoking.” Stratford Herald.

In the Beans (30 minutes)

After fifty years of a decaffeinated life, what trouble could one sip of coffee possibly cause? In the Beans explores a bitter-sweet relationship between two strangers, and how coffee supposedly makes everything right in the world.

Superbly constructed, a tight script which developed the plot with no unnecessary verbiage.” Essex Reviews

Mop and Bucket (25 minutes)

New to 2026! When a cleaner accidentally walks in on the CEO doing an overnighter at the company, both learn more than they bargained for about each other's backgrounds.

To the Edinburgh Fringe!

Benjamim is very excited to be taking Pigeon Syndrome to the Edinburgh Fringe this year. Please do come along to support the show and help make it possible.
