What is the Feel-good Movement?

With this group you can come for a class.....but then you’ll stay for the lifestyle.

Build your core strength, Perfect your posture, Focus on your flexiblity and keep your body strong through feel-good movement. Group classes connect you with a community that gets it. Classes include The Pilates Practice, Pilates for the Improver, Active Weights and Deep Stretch & Core (Freedom to move class).

These classes are a feel-good approach to movement, nurtured by Alison Marcuse-Harris, The Feel-good Movement Coach.

The Feel-good community is waiting, with open arms, for you to join us. Its time for you to begin your own story of joyful movement.

Ready to get started?

When: Monday - Deep Stretch, mobility & core, two classes at the following times:

TERM 1: 5th, 12th, 19th (no class 26th) January, 2nd 9th, 16th Feb 2026

TERM 2: 23rd Feb, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th March 2026

PRICING: £50 for each 6 week block. You will need to book and pay for each block so please check you can attend all the dates. See more class information here.
