Tysoe Village Hall Film Club

On a Wednesday evening, generally the fourth of the month, as part of our regular events the village gather together at the hall to watch a film.

What can we expect?

We enjoy an uplifting film, a glass of wine or a freshly made tea or coffee in a relaxed village atmosphere. Our high quality audio-visual equipment provides an immersive experience, with a large screen and surround sound. We always have a half-time intermission, to enjoy an ice cream and to stretch our legs.

Can't be bothered to cook?

What better way to share in the delights of the hall's new kitchen than to come and enjoy its capabilities. A two course pre-film dinner of seasonal home cooked food will be prepared and served by our kitchen team from 6:00pm, allowing plenty of time to eat and enjoy before moving into the main hall to enjoy the film.

Fancy a glass of wine with dinner or nice coffee or tea after your meal?

Just ask one of our kitchen team, they'll be happy to bring it to your table. And as a bonus - we will clear away and do the washing up!!

How many can you seat?

We are serving just 24 covers , so prebooking is essential. The cut-off for ordering food is a week before the film, so if the option isn't there to book - there's always the following month!

NOTE: Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you book, through the "your message for the merchant" box during checkout.

What's the timing?

The dining room will open at 6:00pm, with service starting soon thereafter. This gives diners plenty of time to eat, ready to join those not dining with us who will arrive in the main hall from 7:00pm, ready for our usual curtain-up time of 7:30pm

How do I book?

Please see below for FILM only, or FILM & FOOD ticket options.

NOTE: If you don't see a FILM & FOOD option, we have either sold out of food, or passed the cut off date.

Already made plans for dinner?

No problem, the main hall will still be open from 7:00pm to welcome regular film goers - the curtain goes up at 7:30pm

And finally...

Wine, tea, coffee and ice cream are always ready and waiting - for everyone!
