Committee member Christine Tuffin is fundraising for two INCREDIBLE charities

From Christine

I learnt from our dear neighbours Kayleigh and Oliver about the tragic loss of their son Axel. As a parent and grandparent, the very thought of losing any child is incredibly painful, and witnessing their enduring grief has been so very hard. So, to bring some positivity during this sad time, I've hired our lovely village hall to show a film: Paddington.

That choice is by design, it is one of his favourite films, and Paddington one of his favourite bears.

Please join me and our community as we raise funds for two charities that the family holds very dear.

From the family

Throughout the darkest days of our lives, we have experienced the importance of compassion, support, and community. By supporting these charities, we hope to honour Axel's memory and help make a difference for other families and individuals in the future. The donation from this event will mean so much to us.

Thank you for helping us remember our precious boy and for supporting two incredible causes.

Freddie's Wish

A charity that has been a pillar of support for the family during the darkest days of their lives.
